You have wrong idea about heat, kinetic energy, temperature
Heat is amount of energy transfer between two bodies at different temperature.
Kinetic energy of molecules is related to the temperature of molecules. If temperature is high their kinetic energy will also be maximum forlw temperature kinetic energy will also be less.
Temperature is measure of hotness or coldness of body . temperature can not be directly related to average kinetics energy.
