Goverment of india has started jan-dhan-yojna aimwd at every household in the country to have atleast one bank account .Explain how deposit made under the plan are going to affect national income of the country

The basic objective of this scheme is financial inclusion. Since we know the basic function of banks is accepting deposits and providing loans. With this since scheme, every household will have a bank account where they can save their money as deposits with the bank.
Now this deposit will be used by banks to extend loans to investors, businessmen etc. to carry out their business. Increase investments will increase national income. As a result this will have a positive impact on the national income of the country.
