from referring to your video i didn't understand how you come to know that here the silver is fcc where z=4 

as the question was :
Calculate the atomic mass of silver ,  where a=4.05 multiply by 10 raise to the power -8 cm  and d=10.5 g/cm cube ?

1.Crystal structure of some elements is already determined and which is standard as it is determined by some experiments so we can consider their respective values in our calculations.
