Answer:
1) The fluid flows from a region of higher pressure to a region of lower pressure. In this case it will flow from A1 to A2.
 
2) Now, as the fluid is flowing from A1 the pressure is in the same direction, i.e. along the direction of fluid.
 
3) When the fluid flows downwards or towards A2, the pressure from outside air tries to push it back. So, we can say that pressure P2 is in the direction opposite to the fluid flow.
