Four angles of a polygon are 100 degree each. The remaining angles are 160 degree each. Find the number of sides of the polygon.

Let n be the number of sides
Sum of all interior angles of a polygon = (n - 2) 180o
Four angles measure 100o each and remaining angles (i.e n - 4) measure 160o each
rightwards double arrow 100 cross times 4 plus left parenthesis n minus 4 right parenthesis cross times 160 equals left parenthesis n minus 2 right parenthesis cross times 180 rightwards double arrow 400 plus 160 n minus 640 equals 180 n minus 360 rightwards double arrow 760 minus 640 equals 20 n rightwards double arrow 120 equals 20 n rightwards double arrow n equals 6 H e n c e comma space t h e space n u m b e r space o f space s i d e s space o f space t h e space p o l y g o n space i s space 6.
