Let V be the electric potential at Junction J .
 
Let us consider the currents coming to juntion and currents leaving the juction as shown in figure.
 
By Kirchoff's law , I1 = I2 + I3
 
begin mathsize 14px style fraction numerator 100 space minus space v over denominator 10 end fraction space equals space fraction numerator V minus 40 over denominator 20 end fraction plus fraction numerator V minus 15 over denominator 15 end fraction end style
By solving above expression, we get V = 60 V
