Let the point be (x,y,z).

Distance from A = [(x-4)2 + y2 + z2]

Distance from B = [(x+4)2 + y2 + z2]

Sum of the two distances,

[(x-4)2 + y2 + z2] + [(x+4)2 + y2 + z2] = 10

This is the required equation.
