Moment of inertia of the given half-cylinder about the axix OO' is M×(R2/4).
M is mass of half-cylinder.
 
By parallel axis theorem, Moment of inertia of the given half-cylinder about the axix AA' is M×(R2/4) + M×R2= (5/4)M×R2
