Express the sum 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 as the sum of two consecutive natural numbers.

We know that the sum of first n odd natural number is n2.

So, 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 = 52, as it is the sum first 5 natural numbers.

Now, we also know that the square of any odd number can be expressed as the sum of two consecutive positive integers.
