Express 225 as the sum of 15 consecutive odd numbers. Also, express it as the sum of two consecutive natural numbers.

We know that sum of first n odd natural numbers is n2.

225 = 152 = 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 + 13 + 15 + 17 + 19 + 21 + 23 + 25 + 27 + 29

 

Also, we know that the square of any odd number can be expressed as the sum of two consecutive positive integers.

Now, 225 is square of the odd number 15. (Since, 225 = 152)

We can write 225 as:
