As per the first law of thermodynamics, Q + W = ΔU, where Q is the  heat energy  added to the system, W is the mechanical work done on the system and 
ΔU is the change in internal energy.
 
since in the given diagram net Heat energy added is zer and net mechanical workdone also zero. 
Hence there is no change in internal energy
