Explain the figure.
- Is The black dot represent nuclei . But I dont understand what it meant by ‘+’ sign ?
- In figure 1s – 1s gives Sigma star 1s . In that RHS side of formation in the figure , from where the -ve sign comes in bubble . Is that mean partial charge?
