No. Alloys donot retain the chemical properties of individual components.

An alloy is a homogeneous mixture of two or more metals, or a metal and a non metal. Generally, a number of properties of the alloy are significantly different from those of its components.

Alloys often have physical properties markedly different from those of the pure metals.

Let us consider an Example of Stainless steel.

When iron is mixed with Carbon, Nickel and Chromium, stainless steel is obtained which is hard and does not rust.
