Do all cels in our body look alike in terms of shape, size and structure? Explain with the help of examples. What similarities do they have?

Hi Sayani,

Cells don't look alike because different shapes and structures are needed for different tasks. For example, a neuron is a long "string" shape in order to stretch to connect to other neurons.Similarly, a heart cell is diamond shaped cell which is needed in order to stretch and contract the heart and remain attached to the other cells.
