Let x be the greater part.
→ smaller part = 64 - x

According to the condition, we get

5(64 - x) = 3x
→ 320 - 5x = 3x
→  320 = 8x
→    x = 40

greater part  = 40
Smaller Part = 64 - 40 = 24
