Different between village and a city

- A village is a small group of settlements while a city is a large group of settlements.
- A village occupies a smaller area while a city occupies a large area.
- Most of the people in village are involved in doing primary activities like cultivation, fishing etc. while people in cities are mostly engaged in secondary and tertiary activities.
- A city has well developed infrastructure rather than a village
- Houses in cities are compactly located close to each other while houses in village present an example of disperse settlement.
