Define Cabinet.
The Cabinet is an apex body comprising ministers of Cabinet rank, headed by the Prime Minister, who forms the nucleus of administration. It consists of fifteen ministers holding important portfolios such as Home, Defence and Finance. Important decisions of the Government are taken by the Cabinet.
