  • Draw a line AB.
  • Mark a point D on AB.
  • Draw DM perpendicular to AB.
  • With D as centre, draw an arc of radius 2.9 cm intersecting DM at P.
  • With P as centre and radius 4.1 cm, draw an arc intersecting AB at Q.
  • With P as centre and radius 3.5 cm, draw an arc intersecting AB on the other side of DM at R.
  • Join PQ and PR.
  • Triangle PQR is the required triangle.
