Figure shows the different possibility of selecting the ball.
If in first draw is green ball, probability of drawing green ball, p(g) = (2/7).
Then after adding red ball, probability of selecting red ball, p(r) = (6/7)
Hence combined probability of selecting first green ball then second time red ball is p(g & r) = (2/7)×(6/7) = 12/49 ................(1)
If in first draw is red ball, probability of drawing red ball, p(r) = (5/7).
Then after adding green ball, probability of selecting red ball, p(r) = (4/7)
Hence combined probability of selecting first red ball then second time red ball is p(r & r) = (5/7)×(4/7) = 20/49 ................(2)
By adding (1) and (2), probability of drawing red ball second time = (12/49) + (20/49) = 32/49
