close your eyes while looking towards bright sunshine. now cover the eyes with your palm, still keeping them closed. do you notice any difference ? on the basis of this experience, state whether your eyelids are transparent, translucent or opaque.

- On the basis of the mentioned experience it is observed that our eyelids are opaque as they dont allow the light to pass through them
- They are certainly not transparent because they dont allow the light to pass through them.
- Translucency is a partial visibility wherein where the image is not clearly resolved.
