Communication services can be classified into two categories—personal communicationand mass communication.
Personal communication: It refers to communication between two or more people oramong groups of people. Personal communication may take place through various meanssuch as mobile, letters and social networking sites.
Mass Communication: Mass communication is a means to provide people withinformation on current affairs, to create awareness among them and to entertain them.Some means of mass communication are radio, television, newspapers, magazines, booksand films.
