ch3cooh has 4 h atoms but only one replaceable h atom why

In acetic acid, the 3 Hydrogens of CH3 group are not exchangeable and are linked with high energy to the carbon. But in the COOH group, the Hydrogen is linked to an oxygen which is linked to the carbon. Oxygen can deplete away the hydrogen and this hydrogen can then be realesed in solution. It is so because the electronegativity difference between oxygen and hyadrogen is much more than that between carbon and hydrogen, so the H of CH3 is not replaced and H of COOH is replaced.
