Can your pet be a part of your family? Why or not why?

There are two answers- yes and no. Yes, because it takes care of your whole family and when it includes your personal life then the pet also shares the personal life with you also becoming a member of the family. No, because the surrounding environment for pets is very different from us. Their food, sleep, habitat all are different and need to take care personally. So, it is the emotional attachment between we humans and the pet that makes them a real family member
