can you explain me about the right hand cross product rule taking the case of 2 parallel current carrying conductors?

A right hand cross product rule specifies that if two vectors are perpendicular to each other and are directed as any two out of our thumb, middle finger and forefinger, then the resultant will be directed perpendicular to them and directed as the third one

As we know, work done by Magnetic force is always zero in moving a charged particle./So it cannot change speed of charged particle. MY doubt is that, can magnetic force change direction of motion of charged particle?
