can someone say the alternate of solar panel
any thing else can be used instead of solar panel

Solar panel consists of array of solar cells. Each solar cell converts the incident sunlight into electricity. Then electricity generated in all the cells are used to get electric current to operate the devices and appliances. Solar energy is non-conventional energy. There is no alternate method to convert solar light energy into electricity.
Another useful non-convenetional energy source is Wind-mill. Wind-energy is utilized to generate electricity by utilizing the mechanical energy generated by wind energy.
Just like solar cells need sunlight, wind-mill needs speedy wind.
