3tan(θ - 15) = tan(θ + 15) 
3sin(θ - 15)/cos(θ - 15) = sin(θ + 15)/cos(θ + 15)
sin(θ + 15)cos(θ - 15)/cos(θ + 15)sin(θ - 15) = 3
Using componendo-dividendo,
[sin(θ + 15) cos(θ - 15) + cos(θ + 15)sin(θ - 15)]/[sin(θ + 15) cos(θ - 15) - cos(θ + 15)sin(θ - 15)] = (3 + 1)/(3 - 1)
sin(θ + 15 + θ - 15)/sin(θ + 15 - θ + 15) = 1/2
sin2θ/sin30° = 1/2
Solving we get θ = 45°
