answered-by-expert Expert Answer
As we know charge is a quantised quantity
We can write Q = -ne
Where Q is the net charge, n is the number of electrons  and e is the charge present on an electron
Putting all the values we get
1 = n × 1.6 ×10^-19
So n = (1/1.6 ) × 10^19 = 6.25×10^18
