Answer:
Weight of charge must be equal to force provided by electrostatic force
mg = qE
So E = mg/q
Here taking mass as 10mg = 10×10-6  kg
So putting the value
 E = (10×10×10-6 )/1.6
E = 6.25×10-5 N/C
