But how to differentiate between series combination and parallel combination of resistors in a mixed combination of resistors(by distributing different value of current but how? ) ?

You can identify the given combination as either series or parallel connection of resistors by following these steps:
- If two or more resistors are connected from the ends having the same polarity (+ with + or - with -) then such connection of resistors is said to be connected in parallel.
- If two or more resistors are connected such that they are connected the with the opposite polarity end of another resistor (+ with - or - with +), then those resistors are said to be connected in series.
