Assertion :- NCl3 and Mg3N2 both on hydrolysis produce same colourless basic gas. Reason :- During hydrolysis, the nucleohile OH will always attack on the central atom.

The assertion is correct but the reason is wrong.
 
During hydrolysis, the nucleophile OH– will always attack the atoms attached to the nitrogen atom, then atoms attached to nitrogen donate their electron pair to the nitrogen and it will abstract H+ from the medium.
