Assertion :- Dicyanodithiocyanato zinc (II), [Zn(CN)2(SCN)2]2– does not have optical isomers.
Reason :- Isomers of [Zn(CN)2(SCN)2]2– can show optical acitivity.

The assertion is right and the reason is wrong.
 
Dicyanodithiocyanato zinc (II), [Zn(CN)2(SCN)2]2– has square planner geometry, and has the plane of symmetry hence it will not show optical activity and optical isomers.
It will only show geometrical isomers like cis and trans.
