As we know there is no gravity when we are in centre of earth but why the particles around us in eraths centre doesn't try to pull us .

All of us and every object in the universe are subjected to gravitational force. That is why we have weight associated to every object.
 
when you are sitting on a chair, standing on ground you dont feel the gravitation force , though gravitational force is acing on you.
 
If you jump out of high rise building, then you feel the gravitation force acting on it (  you will get hurt ! )
