as we know thay according to conservation of energy it states that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it can only be transformed into one form to another but in case of a solenoid when we pass a bar magnet through it there is a deflection in galvanometer this is because of creation of energy here the energy is not transformed it is created..

No energy is not created. In the case of a solenoid as a bar magnet is passes through the magnetic flux which changes across its cross-section changes and give rises to a potential difference across it. Thus in this case, the energy which is utilized in motion of coil, it gets converted to the electrical energy.
