As we know that magnetic field lines starts from north side and ends at south side of a magnet,then how we can find the direction of magnetic field B in lorentz's equation

If by ur question you mean that you want to find out the direction of magnetic field in a space then there are many practical ways to do that like by measuring its affect on some test particle.
