An endorser and endorsee are related to a bill of exchange. A holder of a bill who signs at the back of the bill to transfer the property in the bill to some other person is known as Endoser and the person to whom such bill is transferred is known as Endorsee.

A consignor and consignee are related to the trade and transport of goods. The person who sends the goods is known as Consignor and the person who receives the goods is known as consignee.

From the above respective explanation, it is very much clear that the endorser, endorsee and consignor, consignee are terms used in different areas of business and are therefore, not the same.
