Answer:

Density of packet = 500gm/350cc = 1.43 gm/cc

Density of packet is greater than water density, hence it'll sink.

Packet will displace a volume of water equal to it's volume i.e. 350 cc.

Mass of water = Density of water x Volume of water = 1 x 350 = 350 gm
