Hi Vijay,
A study time table depends on your strength and weakness of a particular subject/subjects or chapters. So, you need to equally distribute your study time for all the five subjects (including language). As per CBSE format, you need to cover each and every chapter depending on the weightage of the particular chapter. In exception cases where you may be running short of time, you may skip any topic but you need to check its weightage.
For example in Science subject, equal marks are distributed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (somewhere 2 or 3 marks +/-), you need to devote your time for three subjects equally for definitions, formulas, concepts and finally practising questions. For Biology, instead of formulas, you should take more time in concepts and diagrams. Finally you should take out time for solving the entire Science paper (Sample and Model Papers).
Similarly you should divide for Mathematics and Social Science too.
For Language subject, you may reduce some time for which you can devote extra time for Science, Social Science and Mathematics.
Best of Luck
