Enthalpy of Solution- Ammount of heat released when one mole of ionic solid is disssolved in aqueous solution. So, I is enthalpy of solution.

Lattice Enthalpy- Lattice energy is the energy required to convert one mole of solid ionic crystal into gaseous ions, So So, II is lattice enthalpy.

Enthalpy of hydration- The enthalpy of hydration is the enthalpy change when mole of separated gaseous ions is disssolved completely in water to form one mole of aqueous ions. So, III is enthalpy of hydration.

Hence, option(3) is correct.
