Pressure=Force/Area
2 equals F over A F equals 2 A
This is the force applied by the object.
Now the force or weight is made double
F to the power of apostrophe equals 2 cross times 2 A equals 4 A P equals F to the power of apostrophe over A equals fraction numerator 4 A over denominator A end fraction equals 4 space P a s c a l
