Answer:
initial distance between the object and itrs image=2d
now in 1 s let the object has moved x distance.
so now the distance between the object and the image=2d-2x fronm the fig(now the position of obj=A1B1. and position of image=A1'B1')
so the image moved by=2d-(2d-2x)=2x distance in that 1 sec
hence it is proved that ,an object approaching a mirror with constant velocity,velocity of image appears to be twice.
