The given circuit is redrawn in figure and is shown as step-1.
We see from step-1, one 10Ω resistor is parallel to a series connection of three 10Ω resistors.
Hence a 10Ω resistor is parallel with 30Ω resistance as shown in step-2.
We can work out that equivalent resistance of parallel combination of 10Ω and 30Ω resistances is 7.5Ω as shown in step-3.
Hence current drawn from battery is 3 V / 7.5 Ω = 0.4 A = 400 mA
