Amit goes to a shop to buy a wsahing machine . The maked price of the washhing machine is rs10900 excluding  9% VAT . amit bargins with shopkepper and convience him for rs10900 including VAT as the final cost of the washing machine . Find the amount reduced by shopkepper .
