CBSE Class 11-science Answered
All polymers are macrocumolecules but all macromolecules are not polymers. Please explain the reason.

In general the macromolecules are made up of thousands of smaller molecules and polymers are links of monomers.
A macromolecule is a large molecule that typically does not have any repeating units, while polymer always has repeting units.
Lipids are macromolecules that aren't polymers, as their structure does not consist of a repeating chain of monomers. Proteins, carbohydrates and nucleic acids are all macromolecules and polymers.
