all humans on Earth may differ widely in their facial features ,yet they belong to one species Homo sapiens why are they not considered belonging to different species?

This is because though they show some differences in external features like size, colour and looks, all human beings are able to interbreed and produce offspring. Remember that features such as size, colour and looks are not the factors determining whether a group of organisms belong to the same species or not.
All humans ??????ha?ve the same number of chromosomes??.?? ?????????????????Fossil evidences prove that Homo sapiens arose in South Africa and moved across continents and developed into distinct races. Also evidences show that humans have not changed much anatomically over the last 200,000 years.
