Tips:

1. to work in complex numbers, you must remember that  every expression should be converted to the standard a+ib form.

2. When trying to do this, you must remember that the denominator (if any) sshould be multiplied by its conjugate so as to convert the 'complex 'denominator into a 'real' denominator.
