Answer:
Gravitational force W on a particle of mass m at the point, which is at a distance of x m from centre of earth is given by,

W = m×g' ,

where g' is the acceleration due to gravity at a distance x from centre of earth.

W = m×g' = begin mathsize 12px style m cross times G fraction numerator M apostrophe over denominator x squared end fraction end style.......................(1)
where M' is mass of inner sphere of earth whose radius is x m.
Let ρ = begin mathsize 12px style fraction numerator M over denominator open parentheses begin display style bevelled 4 over 3 end style close parentheses pi R cubed end fraction end style  ,be the mean density of earth, where M and R are mass and radius of earth respectively.
Mass of inner sphere M' = begin mathsize 12px style v o l u m e cross times d e n s i t y space equals space open parentheses fraction numerator begin display style 4 end style over denominator begin display style 3 end style end fraction pi space x cubed close parentheses cross times fraction numerator M over denominator fraction numerator begin display style 4 end style over denominator begin display style 3 end style end fraction pi space R cubed end fraction space equals space M open parentheses x over R close parentheses cubed space end style..................(2)
By substituting for M' from eqn.(2) in eqn.(1), we get W = begin mathsize 12px style m cross times fraction numerator G M over denominator R squared end fraction cross times x over R space equals space m cross times g cross times x over R end style ...............(3)
g is acceleration due to gravity on earth's surface
