A survey found that ages of 250 workers in a factory is distributed as follows: Ages (in years) 20 - 29 30 - 39 40 - 49 50 - 59 60 and above Number of workers 50 35 95 55 15 If a person is selected at random, find probability that the person is: (i) 40 years or more (ii) having age from 30 to 39 years (iii) under 60 years but over 39 years.

(i) Number of workers above 40 years or more = 95 + 55 + 15 = 165

P(40 years or more) =  

(ii) P(30-39 yrs) =

(iii) Number of workers above 39 years and less than 60 years = 95 + 55 = 150

P(Above 39 years and Less than 60 years)=
