No, a ray of light when incident normally on one face of equilateral glass prism it will not suffer minimum deviation.
This is because when the ray of light is incident normally it do not undergo any deviation and strikes the base at an angle of 60° and undergo total internal reflection and on reaching the base of the prism emerges out of prism at angle of 90°
