A positively charged particle projected towards left is deflected towards north in magnetic field. what is the direction of force exerted and of the magnetic field?

The direction of force exerted on the particle is same as the direction of its deflection i.e. north. According to Fleming's left hand rule, the the direction of magnetic field is upwards.
