Though this problem can be worked out using Biot-severt's law, by intution we can solve
this problem without working out the mathematics.
 
We know for a polygon of n sides, if n tends to infinity then the polygon tends to circle.
 
For example for the option (A), if n tends to infinity tan(∏/n)  tends to (∏/n) . 
Hence the answer given in option (A) is simplifie to μ0I/(2R) which is the magnetic induction vector 
for circular loop. 
From this we can conclude option (A) is the correct answer. 
 
Similar analysis for other option will not give μ0I/(2R)
